To ensure your TikTok manual claim is processed quickly and correctly, you must follow the exact format below. Submitting incorrect or incomplete information will result in automatic rejection of your request.

Required Information for Each Claim:

  1. Song Title

  2. ISRC Code (e.g., ABCDE1234567)

  3. UGC ID – Found on the TikTok User-Generated Content (UGC) video

  4. PGC ID – Found on your Published Sound Recording

  5. UGC Timeframe – The time segment in the TikTok video where your music is used

  6. PGC Timeframe – The corresponding time segment from your original track

CRITICAL RULE

⛔ The UGC and PGC clips must match in both content AND duration.
If the UGC section is 23 seconds long, you must claim the exact same 23 seconds from your PGC audio. No longer, no shorter.

Good Example (Correct Claim)

  • Song Title: Example Song Title

  • ISRC: ABCDE1234567

  • UGC ID: 1234567890123456789

  • PGC ID: 9876543210987654321

  • UGC Timeframe: 00:00 ~ 00:25

  • PGC Timeframe: 01:02 ~ 01:27

  • Match: Both are 25 seconds and reflect the exact same audio section.

Bad Example (Incorrect Claim)

  • Song Title: Example Song Title

  • ISRC: ABCED1234567

  • UGC ID: 1234567890123456789

  • PGC ID: 9876543210987654321

  • UGC Timeframe: 00:00 ~ 00:25

  • PGC Timeframe: 01:02 ~ 01:37

  • Fail: You're trying to claim 35 seconds from the PGC, but the UGC only uses 25 seconds. This is invalid.

Submission Checklist

  • UGC timeframe must exactly match the PGC timeframe

  • Must be the same song and the same section

  • Do not submit approximate or padded durations

  • Claims that don’t meet these criteria will be rejected
