Why can't I receive payments?

If the required information is missing or incorrect in your Tipalti account, your payments will be deferred and not paid. We will send you an email to notify you of the deferred payment and why it was deferred.

We also have a minimum payment threshold of $50. If your accrued royalty payout is beneath this threshold, we will wait until the total accrued amount exceeds this minimum.
