Sometimes, Tipalti transactions fail to complete as expected. These failures can occur for a variety of reasons.
All failed Tipalti transactions will be displayed on your Transaction page.
Make sure to contact Tipalti Customer Support to help you diagnose and resolve the issue before retrying a failed transaction. Typically, the Payee Information you entered was incorrect, or the Payee did not fully complete their Tipalti Connection.
Use the following steps to retry a failed transaction only after the issue that caused the failure is corrected.
1. From the Royalties> Transactions screen, select the 3 dots at the end of the failed transaction row.
2. Click Retry to resend the payment again to the Payee.
