In late June 2022, Meta/Facebook changed the way it handles authorizing music in videos in territories where monetization has not launched yet.
Therefore, if you distribute music to Facebook with worldwide rights, that will surely mean that you are including a territory in which Meta has yet to enable monetization. As a result, if you receive a notification that content has been muted in one of your videos in an unlaunched territory, and you have permission to share everything in the video, you can appeal the action directly on Facebook/Instagram and have the content restored.
